What are your shipping details?

We currently ship anywhere in Canada and in the US. We have a flat rate shipping cost of $17 for Canada. For the US, standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customer is also responsible for duty. All orders are processed in Winnipeg and shipped via Canada Post. For all inquiries, please email us at info@lfvcandleco.com

If I live in Winnipeg, do you offer local pick ups and how does this work?

Yes, local pickups are complimentary! Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and once you receive a "Ready to Pickup" email confirmation, you can pick up your package at our pickup location (408 Bertrand Street) Monday to Friday, between 9am-4pm. If you have any questions, email us at info@lfvcandleco.com

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. If your candle is not burnt yet and you wish to return it or exchange it for a new scent, please contact us at info@lfvcandleco.com. Note that you are responsible for the shipping costs to return or exchange your product.

What if I receive my candle and it is defective or damaged during shipping?

All of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipment. However, if your candle is defective or arrives damaged, please contact info@lfvcandleco.com within 48 hours of receiving your candle along with photos, and your order number so we can resolve the issue, no need to return the product.

How often will you change your scents?

We will always have our COLLECTION MAISON scents available. Each season we will introduce limited edition seasonal collections.

Why does my candle have bumps after burning?

Bumpy surfaces are a very common characteristic of 100% soy wax, not caused by anything in the process. This is a by-product of all-natural wax, and it does not affect the performance of the candle. The next time you relight the candle, it will return to a nice liquid wax pool.

Do you offer reduced pricing for bulk orders?

Yes we offer a reduced rate for corporate gifting, weddings, or if you are just wanting to stock up (12 or more). Please email us at info@lfvcandleco.com and we will get back to you with bulk order details.

How fragrant are your candles?

Our 100% soy based candles do not offer the same scent throw as paraffin or palm wax candles.  Not too light, not too strong. The benefit of our clean burning wax is that our candles are not overpowering and can be burnt for longer periods of times. We recommend burning your candles in a medium-sized room for optimal scent throw (60-70 hour burn time).

Do you have any stockists?

Yes, you can find our candles at Anna & Oak Wellness. We are always open to new opportunities. If you are a local business that would like to carry our candles, please contact us at info@lfvcandleco.com

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer e-gift cards in the amount of your choice. You can purchase one for yourself or buy one for someone else and send it to them by email. Visit the Gift Card page for more information.
